Here are a few delicious alcohol-free recipes you can take to parties to brighten up your festive cheer

Dressed Ginger Kombucha

Ingredients:
2 long slices cucumber
2 strawberries sliced
¼ of an orange
Sprig of mint
Method: Pour kombucha over ice into a long glass, add slices cucumber and strawberries. Squeeze orange juice into glass. Rub mint between your fingers to release the flavours and aromas and then add to garnish the drink. Stir well and savour…

Watermelon daiquiri

Ingredients:
Large wedge of watermelon
½ lime juiced
1 cm fresh ginger, chopped
Crushed ice
Method: Blend watermelon into a smooth juice. Add ginger, lime and ice. Mix well and pour into glass. Garnish with mint or basil, or even an umbrella.

Coconut colada

Ingredients:
Coconut water 250mls
Coconut cream – 1 tablespoon
Pineapple juice – 50mls
Method: Mix coconut water, coconut cream and pour over ice into a tall glass. Add pineapple juice to taste.

Virgin Mary

Ingredients:
Tomato juice
Worcestershire sauce- 1 teaspoon
1 celery stalk
Slice lemon
Hot sauce- few drops
Salt and cracked black pepper
Method: Pour tomato juice over ice cubes in a long glass. Add sauces, squeeze lemon into drink and add salt and pepper to taste. Finish off with celery stick and stir.
