
Recipe: Green juice
Ingredients:
Few leaves kale
Sprig parsley
Juice ½ lemon
1 green apple
Method:
Chop ingredients roughly and add to blender. Add about 100 mls water and blend for a few seconds. Drink straight away as Vitamin C in the lemon deteriorates within a couple of hours of juicing.
Optional extras:
You can add spinach and celery to this juice, for a great cleanse
