Chia pudding

serves 4
1/3 cup chia seeds
400g coconut cream
Small handful blueberries, fresh or frozen

Soak the chia seeds overnight (or at least 4 hours) in the coconut cream. Stir well. Pour into serving bowls and top with blueberries.
For 1 portion use 15g of chia seeds and 100g of coconut cream.

Optional extras:
You can add a dash of vanilla essence or ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder to add flavour to the pudding. Don’t add too much essence as it contains sugar.
