Broccoli Mash

Broccoli mash

(Serves 2)
1 head of broccoli
30g goat’s cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
20g of nuts chopped
black pepper

Blend broccoli for a few seconds. Add cheese and oil. Blend again for 10 seconds. Add chopped nuts and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve with a chop and salad to boost your greens intake.
